It is manufactured in different linear power so as to meet all the wattage requirements of different types of rooms. In addition, it allows easy installation, regardless of the room size or shape. So, customers who require underfloor heating cable for small or irregular shaped rooms can securely purchase our product. Our cable also offers many other advantages, like lifetime warranty, adaptable heat output by simply altering the cable spacing, and low build height due to laying within the adhesive bed.

Our product comes in two configurations, including single wire configuration and twin wire configuration. For twin wire configuration cable, the resistance wire comes back in a loop and the cold tail is only attached at one end. This allows two electric fields at each point of cable are equal and opposite, resulting in nearly ZERO EMF. The single cold tail makes the product very simple to install because bringing back the second cold tail is eliminated.

Structural Description of 18W/M, 220V Product
Heating Alloy Wire
Cu-Ni alloy and Ni-Cr alloy have permanent constant resistivity. The conductor is a very important part of the heating cable.
Our company can provides high resistance alloy, Karma, low resistance, CuNi alloy, NiCr alloy, pure nickel, constantan, manganese, and many other alloy materials.
The First Insulation: F46
Temperature rating of F46 is 205 degrees. Effective insulation is ensured even the heating cable is in a harsh environment with temperatures from -40 ℃ to 205 ℃. F46 can greatly reduce the operating temperature of XLPE and make it always operate below the normal operating temperature, thus extending the life of insulation.
The Second Insulation: XLPE
XLPE provides good insulation properties, with a crosslinking degree of 80 % and an operating temperature of 105 degrees. It can be used for over 50 years. Earth Wire
8 tinned copper wires are used for electrical drainage. The total sectional area of these wires is 1.0048 square millimeters, which complies with stipulation of not less than 1 mm² for the earth wires by IEC800.
Screen
The coverage of aluminum foil is 100 %, to shield electromagnetism.
Jacket
PVC-105℃, to protect underground heating cables and increase heat area.

Heating cable is 12 watts per Sq/Ft at 3 inches apart.
